A Kingdom Leader is continually put in a position that will reveal the focus of their faith. The spies in the promised land were a great picture of that difficult place. Two believed they should go and take the land. All of the others felt they could not defeat the giants who lived in the land. The heart of their thinking was focused on their size, talent and strength. Mostly their weaknesses.
Is your faith in God’s ability or in your ability to accomplish goals? Do the giants of your heart, mind and soul cause you to pause and feel like an insect? Are you willing to stand up against overwhelming odds? A Kingdom Leader has their faith focused on God’s strength.
1 Kings 17:14 (NIV)
14 For this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: ‘The jar of flour will not be used up and the jug of oil will not run dry until the day the Lord sends rain on the land.’ ”
Where God guides. . . he provides.
