Strategy
Grandmothers who minister to orphans in the mountains of Swaziland.
Walk Alongside Missionaries
Reach the Mind: Surface Level…
Our initial plan is set to establish occasional mentoring through teaching, counseling and sponsoring activities that complement the needs of missionaries. We come alongside and serve them in the field. This will help:
In each ministry setting we look for leadership potential that needs to be developed and missionaries who have a teachable spirit.
We have built a partnership with Numsa Lukele who feeds and mentors one thousand orphans in the mountains near Khaphunga, Swaziland. She works through a group of twenty-eight grandmothers planting corn, mentoring and teaching these orphans who are victims of HIV. There are child led homes spread over six villages.

- but be transformed by the renewing of your mind … Romans 12:2b
Our initial plan is set to establish occasional mentoring through teaching, counseling and sponsoring activities that complement the needs of missionaries. We come alongside and serve them in the field. This will help:
- Refocus their clear sense of calling to missions
- Rebuild their self-confidence and ability to be proactive in addressing the leadership and relationship issues they face
- Recognize their role as leaders rather than managers, using Christ as the model for understanding their role as catalysts in the lives of peers and the local
community - Rekindle the vision that brought them to the field, encouraging a healthy disregard for the impossible

- [Jesus] called to him those whom he wanted, and they came to him … to be with him, and to be sent out. (NIV) Mark 3:13-14
