A Kingdom Leader is advancing with a vision that is formulated by the Spirit of God. The course of that vision breaks new ground and forges a pioneer path that others can follow. Are you willing to cut a fresh path of spiritual leadership? Are you making headway in spite of blows and opposition? Jesus advanced with a balanced life from the age of twelve until his public ministry began. Luke 2:52 says, And Jesus kept on hewing a pioneer path ahead, making steady progress in wisdom and maturity and in favor in the presence of God and with men.[1] We are praying for your vision today. A Kingdom Leader has a target drawn around his eternal purpose. That purpose becomes the beacon of light showing each person the path they should walk on a daily basis. It grows into a crystallized vision that can be seen by the eyes of the heart. It sheds a fresh light on the events of each day so that wisdom can prevail over common circumstances. They arrested him (Jesus) and he was willing to be seized. They led him (Jesus) away and he was willing to be led. Are you confused by the seemingly unrelated activities of each day? Are the strangers in your world taking away from your eternal purpose? Do you see the hand of God in your situation and circumstances? Is the Spirit of God guiding your response to each event? Are you capturing glimpses of the Divine in your world each day? Gaze into eternity and see the Divine Conspiracy of our heavenly Father. Isaiah 14:24 says, The Lord of hosts has sworn: As I have planned, so shall it be, and as I have purposed, so shall it stand, [1] We pray that the Lord will open the eyes of your heart today. He freely and voluntarily humbles himself. Christ’s whole life from cradle to the grave was marked by genuine humility. He was not full of himself as my father would say of some people. He was humble and committed to obedience. Do you feel yourself better than other people? Do you have a respected man or woman in your life that you follow? Is that person following Christ? Are you able to hear the voice of truth in His Word? Jesus was humble and listened so that he could obey. Phil. 2:5-8 says, Think of yourselves the way Christ Jesus thought of himself. He had equal status with God . . . When the time came, he set aside the privileges of deity and took on the status of a slave, became human! Having become human, he stayed human. It was an incredibly humbling process. He didn’t claim special privileges. Instead, he lived a selfless, obedient life and then died a selfless, obedient death—and the worst kind of death at that—a crucifixion. (The Message) We are praying for your commitment to obedience. Cathy and Danny Sartin www.deeperstillmissions.com A Kingdom Leader is dependent on the Lord. His provision for purpose, motivation, meaning and inspiration comes from a sovereign God that is in control. Opportunities to see the hand of God come brilliantly disguised as unsolvable problems or tragedies. In human terms there seems to be no solution. When the impossible presents itself to a Kingdom Leader they do what is possible. Other leaders are paralyzed by the impossible circumstances confronting them. Then God shows himself and accomplishes the impossible. You see God is glorified when he meets needs. How are you influenced by the Lord? Does he give stability to your heart, mind and soul or does the lens of fear silence God in your thinking? Does he determine your thinking, behavior and love that are passed on to others? Who fights your battles? How often do you operate without His support? There is no problem greater than our God. Matthew 6:11 says Give us this day our daily bread.
