A Kingdom Leader recruits’ a high-quality influential worker for the ministry. That means the best of the best are usually engaged with full schedules. They services are frequently in high demand! How do you recruit the best of the best? I asked that question of a board member who ran a world-wide business called Holiday Inns. He said, you must help them to see the value of what is being done. They will always need some time to adjust their schedule and responsibilities, so they can engage the ministry. But they must see you first as a leader! They must be aware of what you are doing. 19 So he departed from there and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen in front of him, and he was with the twelfth. Elijah passed by him and cast nhis cloak upon him. Again, I love the thoughts of Warren Wiersbe. Have you noticed in the Bible that God usually calls people who are busy? Moses was caring for the sheep; Gideon was threshing wheat; Peter, James, and John were busy in their fishing business; Nehemiah was cupbearer to the king. God has no place for lazy people. Have you cast your cloak upon another? Is your organization, vision and heart clear to busy people? Can they see your work and comprehend it in a glimpse? Maybe you need to organize your thoughts, so they can be presented in a concise and simple form. Assume you only have seconds to get your message across! That is what Elijah did!
