A Kingdom Leader is keenly aware that ministry is done with others and not alone. Jesus accepted and encouraged the involvement of others in what he was doing. You see him bring selected disciples with him at special times during those years. Who has been to your home to talk about ministry? Who has approached you wanting to know about you and your role? Who is the last person you invited to your home so you could get to know them? Jesus said this to some of his future disciples in John 1:39 (NIV); 39 “Come,” he replied, “and you will see.” So they went and saw where he was staying, and they spent that day with him. It was about four in the afternoon. Jesus invited them to Nazareth to see his current home and spend the day together talking. Notice he did this before calling them as disciples. Are you attempting to do ministry solo? Are you aware that others are looking at you and wanting to become acquainted and to spend time with you? Consider those who are right around you. They could be a future disciple who needs an opportunity to be involved. Pray for partners in your ministry. We will pray with you.
