A Kingdom Leader operates from a tender heart. They seem to forget the past and strive forward to new plateaus of relationships. They don’t hold on to past injuries and wrong doings. They seem to have the ability to let go of hatred, abuse and unfair events in their life. We are amazed at key Biblical leaders who face traumatic events in life and rise above those experiences. What people in your past seem to consume your thinking? Who do you wish would fail? Who holds anger in your heart today? Do you have trouble letting go of past wrong doings? Do you spend time considering how to defame those who have hurt you? Daniel (Belteshazzar) amazes me when I see his reaction to the dream of Nebuchadnezzar. If there is anyone who he would hate it would be that pagan king. The major changes he brought into his life were unbelievable. But Daniel spends his entire life serving God in pagan lands under the leadership of ungodly kings.
We pray that you can let go of past hurts today. Let the Word of God tenderize you hearts today. When you give grace to those who have hurt you, it is a special gift directly from God.
