A Kingdom Leader not only leads people to Christ but develops disciples around himself. Those associates can become like a true child in a common faith. Paul talked about Titus in that way. (Tim. 1:4, NASB). Titus became an intimate and trusted associate of Paul. Who is your most trusted co-worker? Can you trust them with the most difficult situations? Can they represent you in a crisis? Do you smile when that co-worker comes in your presence? Do you love and develop them the same way you would your own child? Who could be developed to become that trusted co-worker? Paul led Titus to become a trusted helper that he could pass on the most difficult situations. He gave Titus a very thorny problem to address in Corinth. Thus he became a key influence in protecting the young church from the Judaizing party. Who can be trusted to cover your back in tough circumstances? 2 Corinthians 7:6 (ESV) 6 But sGod, who comforts the downcast, tcomforted us by the coming of Titus, Choose others to sharpen and prepare for difficult problems. Their help will give you much comfort and encouragement. They will be someone you can trust to catch you in a blind fall. Maximize your mentoring relationships today. We are praying for you.
